Painter's in Paradise

For the first time in about 2 years, I am on the internet via DIAL-UP service. I forgot how laboriously slow it is. Sorry, my friends, but I've got not the patience to post any video or pictures today. We'll have to wait until tomorrow, when we return to American Samoa. They have DSL there that is reasonably but not exceptionally fast.

This island is a most amazing place. I have seen beautiful scenery and met beautiful people. For now, I'll leave it at that, because dial-up does not allow me the time to attempt a somewhat valid representation of Samoa and Samoans via this medium.

By the way, sorry about that narcissism thing from Monday. It was a fleeting thought, and it found itself online and me out of the country before I could think better of posting it. Truthfully, blogging is probably a little narcissistic. However, if you're reading this, then maybe it has a purpose or a value that is beyond vanity. At the very least, you might love me too.
